Job Brief
There’s currently an ongoing recruitment for capable and self-motivated individuals to join reputable establishments in the country as Fruit Pickers
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for the effective picking and harvested of fruits
- Handle the proper care and maintenance of farm machinery and equipment
- Responsible for the effective planting and cultivation of crops
- Required to handle the loading and offloading of harvested produce to trucks
- Responsible for the effective examination of fruits for damages
- Regular emptying and removal of trash and recyclables from the farmland
- Complies effectively with security and safety protocols and guidelines
- Perform excellently all other assigned duties
Required Skills and Experience
- High school diploma
- Capable of lifting objects
- Strict adhere to work schedule
- Capable of thriving under little or no supervision
