Job Brief

Your Responsibilities
- Be on hand to effective handle guest queries and concerns
- Complies effectively with security and safety protocols and guidelines
- Ensure the proper organization and cleanliness of the work area
- Interact effectively with guest to determine their preferences and satisfaction
- Receive and process incoming calls
- Responsible for the courteous and friendly welcoming of guests
- Responsible for the professional check-in and check-out of guests
- You’ll be responsible for the delivery of exceptional service experience to all customers
- Perform excellently all other assigned duties
